Measure Home PRO ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and estimating platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. By submitting a lead, request, or message, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and service address.
- Project information including the trade you're interested in, project type, approximate square footage, and any details you share in your message.
- Building plans you choose to upload (such as PDF drawings) so we can prepare an accurate estimate.
- Communications between you and our team, including messages sent through the project thread or contact form.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare estimates and quotes for your project.
- To contact you about your request, schedule work, and provide updates.
- To maintain records of the work we perform and the materials used.
- To improve our services and the accuracy of our estimates.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share details only as needed to complete your project — for example, with estimators or field crew assigned to your job — and with service providers that help us operate (such as email and file storage), who are obligated to keep your information secure.
Data Retention
We retain your lead, job, and message records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. Building plans and uploaded files are kept to support the related project and removed when no longer necessary.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
